All I wanna do is have a little fun before I die. I got a feeling I'm not the only one.

Don't talk of love. Well, I've heard the word before. It's sleeping in my memory. I won't disturb the slumber of feelings that have died. I have my books and my poetry to protect me.

But I'm just wondering why I feel so all alone. Why am I a stranger in my own life? I'm getting tired and I need somewhere to begin. I'm getting old and I need something to rely on. So much to do to set my heart right. It's taking so long. I could be wrong, I could be ready. But if I take my heart's advice, I should assume it's still unsteady.
